 default and its logo -- per supported board one image with Secure Boot
 enforced and one without -- padded to the start of
 the firmware's variable store so that writing it keeps the board's settings.
 The inputs of each image and their hashes are in MANIFEST.

 Contains the closed Rockchip DDR-init blob and a transient SPL; everything
 else, including BL31 (TF-A), is built from source.

 flash-rk3588-edk2-spi writes the image for the running board to its SPI NOR.
 The installer's finish-install step uses the same image.
